I am somewhat happy with the way my work turned out because I like the different values of white in the photo. I attempted to cross the leaves and form an x but it didn't turn out how I wanted and If I could change it, I would arrange it a little bit differently.

I took this photo of Ni'shelle at SCPA because we had to take photos of people on our phone if front of art pieces around the school. When I was thinking of what I would be taking photo of, I tried to figure out what kind of person Ni'shelle was and use that as a way to pose her in a photo. At times she over thinks some things and it tends to damper her mood. Although this is a common pose I see in photography, I do think that it is a pose that fits her. I personally really enjoy this photo and honestly can't say I would change a lots. If anything I would want make the lighting a little better but that's about it.
So I ended up taking this photo without too much thought, but the main things that made me want to take this photo is because of the contrast between the pine cone and everything else. I really enjoy the fact that there are splotches of white dispersed throughout the photos and it made me thing of the snow, especially with the white background. Although there wasn't much thought put into this photo in the beginning, there isn't anything I would really change.
Photo History Reflection. In doing this project on the history of photography I learned I'm not very keen at doing presentations and research with people. I am very interested with the information that I've learned but wish I did more and made my own presentation that I could have been more enthusiastic about.

I personally enjoy how the photo on the right side has less contrast than the one on the left because it gives a more airy feeling while on the right side the contrast is more harsh.
